Sleeps 6 (you let us know if you want doubles or singles) with the option to sleep an extra person or 2 on a comfy double sofa bed in the sitting room. Large open plan sitting and dining area with vast picture windows overlooking the river through surrounding woodland. Lots of wildlife and birds to observe for those who sit patiently on the sofa and watch, or go out on the veranda for a spot of ‘forest bathing’. Well equipped kitchen, a good shower room and additional toilet. This little house is spacious, practical, beautiful and lovely and warm. It has a light environmental footprint. There is a T.V., underfloor central heating and plenty of hot water. It is simply all you need; warmth, space, natural light and beautiful landscape Ideal for those who want to re-connect with the natural world and appreciate all that the great outdoors offers. canoeing and fishing, walking, birdwatching, art courses, bush craft and countryside crafts all available on site or nearby. The Bothy is situated adjacent to the Wye Valley Walk, Offa’s Dyke Path, easy access to Black Mountains and Radnorshire Hills. It is a great place from which to explore Mid-Wales, The Valleys, and further afield.
