There is something truly amazing about a class filled with new Mum’s and the noises of babies! Rosie's Mum and baby classes are designed to help restore, rejuvenate and rebuild after pregnancy and birth. The classes give Mum’s a chance to move and breathe, offer some songs and actions to entertain the babies and give both a beautiful chance to bond together.
Whether you’ve done Yoga before or not, it really doesn’t matter; these classes are a chance to start reconnecting with your body - whatever stage you're at. There is absolutely no issue if your baby cries, poos, or feeds - that’s what they do and we welcome everyone; including babes who aren’t playing ball that day. The space we create in the room together is one of compassion and support; and we always make sure there is time for a catch-up, cuppa and a chat too.
I'll be bringing my 11-month-old daughter along to classes with me and I welcome babies from 6 weeks until walking.
