INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you make a booking with us, we request your name, email address, phone number, details about your group and payment method. We use this information to process and fulfil your booking and for Health and Safety purposes during your visit. Additional optional information in your profile may be collected for specific requirements such as health & safety and medical.
This data is stored in databases protected from intrusion and unauthorised viewing by commercially available software products we purchase in good faith from third party suppliers.
Any personal data will be held on file for ten years unless the user requests otherwise.
