Camping with Vehicles
FIELD CAMPING FOR TENTS AND CAMPER VANS
We are unable to accommodate caravans or motorhomes.
If you are bringing a motor vehicle or campervan prices start at 16pppn (standard rate) and £20pppn (peak seasons, Hay Festival, Bank Holiday weekends - price will be confirmed when you enter dates on your booking form).

The price includes hot showers and washing-up facilities.
All water is drinking water, cold water sinks are also provided and remain in use in cold weather.
Hot showers are always available whatever the weather.
The Wye Valley Walk runs through Racquety Farm and the Offas Dyke trail is adjacent. We have Field Camping pitches with a lovely view of Hay-on-Wye, a 5-10 mins stroll away.
We do not take caravans or motorhomes.
During Summer we are suitable for tents, modest camper vans such as V.W. campers or similar-sized camping vehicles.
Racquety Farm Camping is ideal for:
Family pitches
Shower and toilet block close by at the Larchwood Studio complex, plus additional hot showers and washing up facilities and compost loos on the field itself - we have a strict shoes-off policy in the main shower block so feel free to bring clean indoor shoes such as sliders or flipflops
Mains water points throughout the site
Braziers for open fires and cooking on most pitches (During Hay Festival we are unable to supply all pitches with a fire pit we therefore supply them upon application for a modest charge) PLEASE READ the advice for camp fires here.

Electric point for charging phones and small devices
N.B. We do not offer electric hook up and we do not have any disposal facilities for chemical toilets
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead or tether at all times
