STAYING WITH US DURING HAY FESTIVAL?
The Larchwood Practitioners are running a varied and invigorating programme of classes and other wellness offerings both at the main festival site and here at their Larchwood home.
YOGA AND PILATES WELLNESS CLASSES Here at Larchwood are running our usual schedule of daily yoga, pilates and movement/mindfulness classes and clinics - Weekly Classes and Clinics along with a few extra classes and specials.
REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENTS Hayley our resident reflexologist www.awakenyoursole.com has added extra slots for 1:1 treatments throughout the week plus both weekends.
‘Relax and recharge with us in the woods during Hay Festival from 23rd May - 1st June. Take a moment for yourself with a grounding reflexology session in the peaceful woods at Larchwood Studio, Hay-on-Wye. Using gentle pressure on the feet, I’ll work with your body’s natural rhythms to ease tension, restore balance, and help you feel more calm, connected, and clear. Ideal for tired legs, festival fatigue, emotional overwhelm, or simply taking a peaceful pause, reflexology offers a simple, powerful reset—whatever kind of support you need on the day.
30 mins – £40 / 45 mins - £45 / 60 mins – £60
To secure your spot, I take a 50% deposit when you book. This helps keep things organised during a busy weekend. Deposits are non-refundable, but I’ll do my best to rearrange if something comes up.If you'd like to book, drop me an email on hayley@awakenyoursole.com
You can also swing by the studio during the festival—there’ll be a register interest sheet outside for any last-minute spaces. It does tend to get booked up, so if you can, book ahead to avoid missing out.’
HOLISTIC MASSAGE In the woods is a beautiful bell tent offering massage and treatments all week from The Soul Shack : holistic massage to soothe the body, quiet the mind and help you find some space....
Hannah from The Soul Shack blends essential oils and massage techniques to create a holistic massage that works with your body, not against it. Whether it's sore legs from walking, back trouble from camping, lack of sleep, a muddled brain, a need for relaxation, none or all of the above, Hannah will be working from a beautiful bell tent onsite to sooth the body, quiet the mind and help you find some space.

A 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking to confirm the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable though every effort will be made to reschedule the booking if necessary.
