What is a Crystal Bath?
Firstly, you don’t need to worry you won’t get wet because there is no water involved!
The experience is similar to a Gong Bath or Sound Bath. However, instead of being immersed in sound healing, you will experience the beautiful healing of crystals and angelic energy healing and reiki.
These Crystal Baths are designed to support both beginner and the more advanced meditators. You can set intentions of what you would like to let go of (anxiety, worry, stress, etc.) and what you would like to receive (peace, stillness, love, etc.). Then, all you have to do is lay back, listen to the music and let me be your healer for your very own relaxation hour.
Crystal Baths can help you connect to your body on a deeper level. They allow you time to reconnect and embody what is going on with your emotional, energetic, spiritual and physical body. This deeper connection and understanding creates deep healing for your body as I work around each individual providing healing to the different layers of your body. As you connect and recognise, I provide strong connections for deep healing and together we create this beautiful intuitive healing dance. Yes! This happens all as you lie down and relax!!
This amazing self-care and self-love costs just £25 and includes an hour of deep healing and relaxation along with a calming and relaxing space to enjoy connection. Please bring blankets and pillows to lie on and keep you warm during the session.

Becky is a certified crystal healer, energy healer and Angelic Reiki Master. She offers various holistic healing modalities in Trecastle and Crickhowell. She has created her own modality called YOUnique Healing, which incorporates all of her training. These 1 - 1 sessions include teaching about the energetic body, mapping out your experiences to your own energetic body, so you understand how your experiences have impacted your energy and an energetic healing and clearing. She also provides a tailored self - healing program to further support her clients after the session.
Becky created Crystal Baths to provide a sacred healing space for people to take a moment out of their busy lives and be still and come back to themselves and their bodies, whilst surrounded in high frequency healing and crystal energy. This sacred time gives yourself a chance to develop and support your self-healing journey. It gives you the time for self-reflection, acceptance, letting go and forgiveness. And this time is so beautifully important for your mind, body and soul.
