A weekend that balances movement and stillness:  looking inwards to explore the felt sense of ourselves, looking outwards, appreciating the beautiful nature around us.  Time for practice, time to rest, be and explore!

Claire-Louise has been teaching yoga since 2007 and mindfulness since 2014.  She teaches both Scaravelli Yoga and Yin Yoga along with Mindfulness to support you to feel in harmony with your mind and body. The evenings will involve yoga nidra and body scan practices to help feel well rested at the end of the day.
