Holistic massage therapist Beth and yoga instructor Georgie have teamed together to bring you our first Rest & Relax Wellbeing Kickstarter event which will take place on 29th January 2023 at 10am-1pm at the beautiful Larchwood Studio in Hay-on-Wye.

Here you can indulge in our calming and stress relieving activities including Kundalini yoga flow sequences, meditation and massage therapy treatment to ease all your tensions away.

Spaces are limited due to the quieter atmosphere required to ensure you receive the best possible relaxation experience.
