Amnanda Lifebalance Training 2025
Amnanda Lifebalance consists of 12 workshops that delve into essential topics designed to help you achieve greater balance in your life. These workshops feature a theoretical component, allowing you to gain valuable insights into each topic, along with practical strategies for implementation. The topics include cellular function and health, nervous system, identity, decision making process, communication, mindfulness, relationships, self-determination, sexuality, spirituality and equanimity. Additionally, the process is supported by an ayurvedic oil treatment, using a specially formulated oil enriched with organic herbs.
The primary objective of Amnanda Life balance is to cultivate equanimity and contentment in our lives. We achieve this by learning to establish balance and harmony within ourselves. By understanding our lives, how we navigate them, and the world around us, we enhance our chances of discovering true contentment. Ultimately, we aspire to reintroduce childlike innocence, playfulness and curiosity into our adulthood. While we accumulate valuable experiences and knowledge, we can sometimes lose that free-spiritedness. Lifebalance encourages us to incorporate this playful mindset into our daily lives.
