Hi Folks,
I'm excited to announce the first Remedy breathwork at Larchwood Studios.
It's an honor to be able to facilitate and gather in such a gorgeous space, one that can accommodate several more people that at our previous one. This will allow for not only more literal space but energetic space too, while simultaneously allowing for more anonymity and togetherness, it's a magical paradox to experience.
On this new moon, this very darkest of nights to come, I'm feeling into devotion, not to any one person or act in particular since the grand scheme is still far from "clear", but I'm noticing that the clarity does arrive in glimmers when I'm able to devote myself to the present, to take the time to feel and either hold on or let go and sometimes both at once.
Hope you can join me in this practice that builds our capacity for this kind of devotion.
I'm very grateful to Clare and all the folks at Larchwood and all of you for showing up for healing, all in our own ways in our own time.
