EMBODY is an embodied movement experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and move freely without choreography or judgment. Through intentional music, somatic prompts, and open dance, you’ll be invited to listen inward and let your body lead.
This is a space to shake off stress, explore self-expression, and access joy through movement. We will start with a guided embodied movement practice to get you into your body and then transition into more free movement.
No dance experience is needed, just a willingness to be present and move in whatever way feels true for you.
