MEET YOUR HOST … Hi, I’m Jessie. I trained in New Zealand, completing my 200-hour teacher training with Embodied Flow and Awakening Arts, blended with Terra Soma somatic movement, and 100 hours in Trauma-Informed Yoga with Yoga for Humankind. Over the years, I’ve led classes and workshops in Bulgaria, New Zealand, and now Wales, where I’ve been teaching and working at Larchwood. I’ve also offered embodied dance workshops and travelled the world for nine years, gathering inspiration for the work I do today.

Now, as both a mother and a teacher, I guide people through movement that reconnects them to their bodies. My workshops invite you to listen to your body, move in ways that feel right for you, and explore the curiosity of motion. This is a space with no judgment, where not doing is doing, and rest is just as important as movement. Come to move, breathe, and experience meditation in motion.

I hold space for anyone curious about different ways of moving, deepening body awareness, and connecting with breath. Workshops are open to all abilities—everyone is welcome.
